This is a two-day workshop designed to give participants a model and skills to coach in a business setting.

Objectives:

Participants will:
• Learn how to apply coaching to their role as a leader
• Learn and practice a proven model for coaching
• Learn and practice 5 primary skills of coaching
• Explore how to adapt their coaching style to their role and the people they coach
• Develop a plan for implementing a coach approach into their role in their organization
